In this solo episode, I will talking about the importance of triggers and shadow work. While it may sound scary to turn to the "dark side", it is absolutely necessary if we want to process and heal the parts of us that we suppress. I promise you will come away with strategies to get you started in shadow work and begin the processing and healing that you have always deserved.
