So many of us have been conditioned to become a version of ourselves that is disconnected from our true, authentic self. When you become aware of this it can be a shock. But, then what? It often seems impossible to change your conditioned way of being–in relationship with yourself and with others–and that can be a source of anxiety. There is a whole lineup of subconscious characters/personalities in our mind that seem to function on auto-pilot, beyond your control and they fear the idea of you being your true self.
