HELLO BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!
Welcome back, In this episode
How the generations we are working with today – Millennials and the Boomer Generation – struggled with trauma, and how they learned to cope – tools they used that ultimately created challenges in their relationships.
How the generational shift impacts newly forming relationships, and how old and new couples deal with the trauma.
How healing and letting go of generational baggage can make relationships healthier and happier.
Recently, I had questions from listeners about how generational trauma and intergenerational issues can positively or negatively impact couples' relationships. I was also asked about how generational trauma impacts not only us as millennials, but the generation after us, the Boomer generation, which is why this was such an important episode to record.
