Hi friends! I’m so excited for today’s podcast episode because I’m chatting with Lindsey Janeiro, RD. We got to hang out in real life many years ago, when we both lived on the same side of the world, and I’ve always loved her REAL, balanced approach to nutrition. Lindsey Janeiro is a registered dietitian who helps moms balance health and motherhood. She helps women find a better relationship with food and create realistic health habits through 1:1 private nutrition coaching, group coaching, and her free private facebook community. She's also a busy mom herself, and in her spare time (ha!) loves creating new recipes with her kids, gardening, and going on walks!
