Sheridan is a Certified Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapist, Yoga Therapist, Ayurvedic practitioner and ex-anxiety, OCD and relationships coach.

From being stripped of every strand of hair on her body to losing her ex to suicide 3 weeks after breaking up, Sheridan was forced to use trauma-healing to sustainably build her business. While there are a lot of 'trauma-informed' and 'body-based practitioner' coaches in the industry, none of them do it by merging body-based tools, the nervous system AND business strategy.
