One of the bittersweet aspects of being at midlife is that for all the amazing opportunities for growth, there are also times where we have no choice but to experience the sadness of loss. It is simply a fact of life which many of us long to avoid, but which can also be a profound and beautiful aspect of our life evolvement. In this weeks episode of The Change Guru I share my experience as my youngest daughter prepares to leave home in a couple days. Like many of today's midlife moms, my kids have left the nest, then have come back and then left again.
