I don’t know about you, but I’ve definitely suffered from good girl syndrome for most of my life. But it wasn’t until recently that I discovered that this was something that was even a thing - let alone that it was affecting my confidence and my ability to get more of what I wanted in my own life.

So today, I want to dive into this:

-what is good girl syndrome

-how might it be holding you back right now

-and what are some of the first steps you can take to emerge from the other side feeling more like yourself and having more trust and confidence in yourself too.
