In Episode #46, we discuss the importance of taking care of yourself after a therapy session. If you spend a hour talking about intense stuff with your therapist, you need to be gentle with yourself afterwards and spend some time decompressing.

Both of us are in therapy and have found it to be life changing. After a therapy session, we can feel raw, emotional, and exhausted. Use this time to take care of yourself. Listen to this episode to hear our self care tips for after a therapy session.
