Sophia Noreen is a Toronto-based physiotherapist, podcaster, multi-business owner, mama and mentor for women entrepreneurs.

KJ and Sophia Noreen became fast friends last year as they launched podcasts and created coaching courses together in the midst of a world health crisis. Today the ladies catch up, support each other’s accomplishments and detours, and return to the drawing board as women entrepreneurs embodying resilience through creativity and compassionate reassessment.
