Scientific evidence even stands behind this resulting in less chronic illnesses like diabetes, hypertension and dementia. All from having permission to see ourselves differently than that person we sometimes don't recognize in the mirror.
I'm excited to know that I can feel whatever age comes naturally and end up with a more youthful life as a result. That leads to a life we can love.
