In this episode of Recovered Life, Chelsea Anderson is joined by Annelise Cherie, a Mental Health Coach and Reiki Practitioner from Tucson, Arizona.

Annelise’s service in the mental health world was born from her own lived experiences with abuse, childhood trauma due to family members’ addictions, and the loss of her aunt and grandmother.

After a potent plant medicine journey in Peru, deep exploration of human psychology and behavior, and several years of mentorship from her own mental health coach, Annalise now helps others cultivate self healing practices that feel authentic to them.
