Welcome to Simple(ish) Fitness!

When you are looking to build a healthy lifestyle you can’t avoid all of the information you find online and from others saying “this is all you gotta do…” or “if you just do it this way it’s easy…”.

But the truth is that fitness and making changes to your lifestyle is a pretty challenging task, regardless of what those people say. Even this show tells you many ways to simplify fitness!

But we believe there is a difference between making something simple and making something easy.

Joining us for this conversation is personal trainer extraordinaire, and friend of the show, Kevin Driscoll. He is going to help us understand this concept of tackling fitness and understanding what is truly hard about it, and what we can do to make the process a little easier, even if the overall task is still a challenging one!
