Welcome to Simple(ish) Fitness!
You have probably heard a friend or a fitness coach throw around terms like macros or micros, and if you are like me, didn’t really know what that meant or what you could do about it.
It turns out having knowledge and control of your nutrition requires some understanding of these things so you can ensure a balanced and healthy diet and give your body all of the nutrients you need.
So that is our topic for today: understanding the nutrition within the food we eat and how we can use that knowledge to build more effective eating habits for our bodies.
