In the hectic world of real estate, taking the time to build meaningful relationships with clients and fellow agents alike can make all the difference. Nikki shares her story of becoming the sole owner of JW Residential through a period of low stock and high competition, where her penchant for building strong relationships and leveraging referrals enabled her to create a self-sustaining pipeline of business The two also discuss the advantages of “leading by example” and fostering a team-oriented culture that looks beyond sales figures in favour of prioritising the growth and wellbeing of her agents.
