Do you have big goals and dreams to help you live the life you want to live?

As always, the first step to addressing this is to actually understand what you're avoiding, and the actions you're taking when you're actively avoiding a task, a thing, or a person. Then: here's the magic sauce: What FEELINGS are you experiencing when you notice your avoidance behaviors? We dive into these things in this episode, and I give you the three most common emotions and actions that may cue you into your avoidance patterns, all so that you can take that first step: Know when you're avoiding.
