Today on Living Big Mindfully we are putting a twist on things… By popular demand, Lori is back for a Protein Part II!

If you didn’t catch Protein Part I - our last conversation – I invite you to go back and listen to Episode 21.

This protein education and information is so important… What’s the best way to learn? From real people having real conversations!

And, that’s exactly what we’re doing today!

We start with a recap of Lori’s story & her background. Then we jump right into – basically, a coaching session - as I share my experiences about transitioning from being protein-puny to at least protein-proficient.

Listen in as Lori and I chat about my real-life experience with what’s going well, what I’m struggling with, and some of the changes I have made.

  • The main protein sources.
  • Protein powders.
  • And, the importance of amino acids
