Let's talk about manifestation and how to build the life we deserve. I want to share my wisdom and insight on this powerful tool. I want to share my experiences and the tools I used to raise my own vibration and manifest the life I really wanted.
At first, I thought manifestation, the secret, law of attraction, was a bunch of bullshit. After growing up in a neo-spiritual cult, I became sick and tired of all the new-age woo-woo. All of it didn't appeal to me. I thought it was just a trend. But soon realized the power that it can hold.
One of the things that caught my attention was the idea of a living vision board. As our environment greatly influences how we feel and perceive our reality, why not fill it with things that inspire us and represent what we want in our lives? Our subconscious mind is trained to recognize opportunities to bring more of those things into our lives.
Speaking of our subconscious minds, it's important to pay attention to what we consume through media, whether it’s TV, social media, books, podcasts, or music. Our subconscious is programmed by all of them, and the reality we live in is shaped by them. I believe strongly in choosing the content we consume that aligns with the life we want to lead.
