Additionally, Phoebe holds a Certificate in Positive Psychology (CiPP) from the Whole Being Institute (WBI) co-founded by Tal Ben Shahar. As a member of The Next Level Consulting, Phoebe partnered extensively in the design and facilitation of the Rutgers University's Executive Leadership Program for Women (ELP), for the 'Success Circles®' Program (a peer mentoring model), and for their executive coaching program for over 15 year
