88. Is eating until I'm uncomfortably full bad?

Last week, I went to an all-you-can-eat buffet with friends and tried various cuisines. I bet some of you have tried that too, right? — But have you ever wondered how to tell when you've eaten enough? How much is too much? Is it wrong to keep eating even after feeling full?
These are all valid questions, and I'll help you find answers to them in this week's episode. I'll talk about how I got a real-life experience from it and how to be intuitively satisfied with being comfortably full.
