Sometimes others are to busy seeing who you were to see who you've become. Sometimes you are to busy seeing your old self in your head or in the mirror to see the new you. Are your actions, behaviors, attitudes, and words conveying you have changed?

You are already making drastic changes in every area of your life because you are fully embracing sobriety and recovery - now, you know it is time to turn it up. You have realized long before now - continuing with old behaviors, attitudes, and actions, while talking the way you always have will only inhibit your growth. It can block the growth you experience, the growth you see and especially what others experience and see.

A new you is already in you. A newer you blossoms out of the new you and soon a newest you will chrysalis from that version. Do not let the caterpillar you were get in the way of the butterfly you are today.
