Wim Hof is a motivational speaker and extreme athlete who revolutionised modern science with his ability to withstand freezing cold temperatures. Through his self-developed Wim Hof method, consisting of cold exposure, breath work and the power of the mind, he has achieved the un-thinkable and left health professionals speechless.
