Dorian Yates is a legendary English bodybuilder 6x former Mr. Olympia who revolutionised the sport by being the first of the so-called “mass monsters.” His “high intensity” philosophy involved pushing each set to failure through techniques such as forced reps, drop sets and partial reps.
