Students will discuss topics related to exercise and mental health, myths about exercise and happiness, physical activity and pain, exercise effects on cognition and brain function, mindfulness exercise, and so much more. This podcast is part of a larger initiative to disseminate the correct and up-to-date information to the public and be an advocate in society for truth relevant to exercise for the mind.
