On this episode of Everything’s Messy Podcast, I am joined by Craig McCloskey. B.S. Nutrition and Dietetics from Penn State, Master Certified Health Coach and top educator @Ancestral Supplements. We dive into desiccated liver and the benefits of taking these types of supplements. Craig shares his personal story about losing an uncle to a heart attack at just 43 years old, which prompted him to embark on a path of learning about nutrition.


As a sophomore in college, Craig was set back a couple of months before he could fully grasp what had happened. Then, he went full force into learning everything he could about heart disease, stress, and nutrition. This journey led him to explore health and nutrition outside of his college curriculum. He started reading books, flying across the country to attend live events, and listening to all the podcasts he could find.


Craig realized that the information he was learning outside of his college curriculum often conflicted with what he was being taught in school. He spent the next few years trying to figure out what truly worked. He began applying the tips from books and podcasts: eating different foods, exercising differently, prioritizing sleep, and making other lifestyle changes.


In this episode, Craig and I explore how his journey led him to desiccated liver supplements and the numerous benefits they offer. From enhancing athletic performance to improving overall health, desiccated liver can be a game-changer. Craig's story is a testament to the importance of questioning conventional wisdom and finding what truly works for your body.
