Things have just been so heightened for me post solar eclipse. I've been feeling ALL of the feels. Slowing down and being extra present. Extra intentional. Extra mindful. And I've been having such a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation for life and my self. My body. My mind. My consciousness. All of it.
