1. Define what your boundaries/limits are. What are your NO's?
2. Communicate those boundaries with people in your life.
3. Say them SIMPLY. No need to over explain.
4. Create and communicate the consequences of someone (including yourself) not holding your boundary.
5. Hold your boundary and make good on the consequences where needed.
