Everything starts in the mind and I fully believe you create your life from your thoughts. When I started to take full responsibility for my life and my actions I began to find my joy and fulfillment in life. So many of us think life is happening to us and blame others for why our life is the way it is. In this episode I offer you actions to help you start to shift out of your victim mindset so you can create a life you love.
