Today, I want to give you a brief market recap of what we've seen in Colorado Springs this summer and what kind of conditions you can expect moving forward. It's been a great year so far. Through July:
-Average sales price is up 3.1%, which puts us at $275,000
-Unsold homes are down 19%
-Inventory is sitting at only 2.5 months
-Pending sales are up 21.8% (2,309 properties)
-Unsold homes are down 19%
-Inventory is sitting at only 2.5 months
-Pending sales are up 21.8% (2,309 properties)
Many people think August is a bad month to sell, but our market has stayed strong. We didn't see a drop in the number of homes sold, and properties are still moving quickly. Most of the time, homes sell within 60 days of being listed.
For the fall, I expect these fantastic market conditions to continue. If you plan on selling, or if you need real estate assistance of any kind, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm always available to help!
