At a time when many of us have collectively “come out” as actively anti-racist and strive to listen to the black community, we are more than happy to offer up our platform as another access to hearing black voices. This episode comes to you from Raven Brown, a POC from Denver, also queer, and also a yoga teacher. While those identities lend perspective to her teachings and her learnings, the soul within speaks directly to you, listeners, with the important message of utilizing the practice and teaching of yoga in our lives. And especially in the presence of the Black Lives Matters movement and all that is happening in our world.
