Meir Kay is a breathwork facilitator, Co-founder of Ahdama and creator of the Kids Show “Mak and Friendz” He’s on a mission to connect people back to their hearts through creative mediums such as his viral videos, men’s retreats and breathwork workshops. He’s the children’s book author of “ A Kid’s Book About Optimism” which made it on Oprah’s Favorite List. Meir's life has been illuminated and transformed through the power of breath and since then has facilitated hundreds of people through deep, meaningful experiences that allow themselves to find inner peace, gratitude and self love.
