She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Educator and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with over 35 years’ experience in nutrition therapy and counseling. She's passionate about helping her clients learn to trust in themselves and their bodies so they can shift away from the diet mentality and get the healthy body they love. She offers a supportive and flexible approach to diabetes from a non-diet approach. Bonnie is the author of Enjoying Food Peace: Recipes and Intuitive Eating Wisdom to Nourish Your Body and Mind. She is also the author of Passover the Healthy Way and My Supermarket Sidekick: Your Aisle-by-Aisle Shopping Guide.
