Episode 73 of Ask Dr Jessica discusses a new type of therapy with Jessica Huddy. We are going to talk about the company she works for called Cognition Builders, which is pioneering a new model of therapy. Instead of traditional therapy where you talk to a therapist in their office or over zoom, this new type of therapy brings the therapist into your home to watch your family interactions and give feedback in real time,
provides in home comprehensive educational based support.
Jessica Huddy is Cognition Builders' Chief Learning Officer. Jessica has a masters in applied psychology, a master's in clinical mental health counseling and is a licensed associate counselor. As chief learning officer, Jessica leads curricula development, case management and program planning for her clients. She co-authored "Say This, Not That to Your Teenage Daughter" published in 2018.
