Enter into the world of being 'in a pickle' - 'pickledom'
or in other words, overwhelm
And the most important thing in this five-minute quickie is in the HOW, the how-to to tackle overwhelm or more specifically stop it when it happens. When you do this a couple of times we create a habit, a good habit, a good behavior which then makes ripples of change.
