How To Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone In Your Coeliac & Gluten-Free Life | Gluten Free Thoughts
Manage episode 443828361 series 3008837
A Gluten Free Podcast
Episode 148
On today's episode of Gluten Free Thoughts I'll talk about how I have been pushing myself outside my comfort zone lately in 3 areas of my coeliac & gluten free life. I'll urge you to think about how you can focus on pushing yourself out of your own comfort zone, whether that be in dealing with a new coeliac diagnosis, learning more about the gluten free diet, learning how to cook & bake at home, dining out or travelling, whatever it is - let's take little steps to get out of our comfort zone in our gluten free lives because that's how we'll grow!
What we’ll cover:
* Discussing last week's episode with Bask & Co Founder, Janessa Rutter
* How Janessa pushed herself out of her own comfort zone to create a great business for the coeliac & gluten free community
* How I've been pushing myself out of my comfort zone in my own gluten free life
* How I've been working on my own health anxiety since my coeliac disease diagnosis
* How I've been working on cooking, baking & learning how to make gluten free food in general at home (through much trial & error!)
* Planning more travel & trips post coeliac-disease diagnosis
* Focussing on pushing yourself out of your comfort zone in your own gluten free life
* Teaser of next week's episode
