  • Completely cutting out “diet” foods
  • Avoiding workouts
  • Hating fruits & veggies
  • Always eating dessert
  • Or always choosing to wear a bikini.

Instead, we're breaking down what it really means to be anti-diet, and what questions we can ask ourselves when making food, body, and clothing choices to make sure we're not falling back into diet culture.
