My guest today is Christie Ellis. Christie is neurodivergent herself. She's a wife, a friend, and a daughter and she's killing it in the business sector. She's created five businesses, including Phoenix Story Coaching, where she provides science-grounded coaching for individuals and businesses. She figures out repetitive thought and behavior patterns that aren't working for people and works with her clients to build new patterns and achieve goals. Christie is certified in positive psychology, behavior change, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and coaching.
