I used to try to avoid conflict at all costs, which usually ended up causing me a lot more pain and suffering over the long run. And after learning how to manage conflict in a healthy way, I’m amazed at how much deeper my relationships have become. Our guest today is an expert in managing conflict, and we cover some great, practical tips to help you not only AVOID conflict, but use it to strengthen your relationships as well.
Amanda is a civil mediator, facilitator and conflict resolution consultant in New Westminster, BC. She works with start-ups, entrepreneurs and tech companies to help them thrive through conflict and change. Amanda co-hosts the Overthinking Conflict Podcast, is a co-founder of Pig-N-Potato Game Collaborative, loves weird projects and sticky problems. She has 2 kids, a dog and coaches hockey in her spare time.
