Corrine and Eddi discuss how much of the stress around death can be alleviated by simply discussing your wishes and taking steps like completing your Will sooner rather than later. How do you find the right words when you are with someone who is grieving? These are important conversations that we will all have one way or another. It can be a wonderful opening filled with grace, creating more intimacy in our relationships, or it can be traumatic and tear you apart, breaking you open in a not-so-graceful way. The choice is yours. The sooner you have some of these difficult conversations, the better.
