Ian Chesterton and Barbara Wright are concerned about one of their students, Susan Foreman. They follow her to a junkyard which strangely contains a modern Police Call Box. When Susan’s Grandfather arrives and insists that they go away, they worry about the girl’s safety. After hearing her call out for her grandfather, they run into the Police Box… and their lives are changed forever.
