The nation’s highest court will take up a case out of Tennessee that could have ripple effects across the country concerning gender affirming care for minors. The Indiana Supreme Court is asking state lawmakers for new money to help improve security in courthouses throughout the state. A committee tasked with making legislative recommendations on Medicaid once again submitted a final report with no recommendations.
