Fish oil is made up of Omega-3 fatty acids called EPA and DHA. These fatty acids are critical components that form the cell membrane and mitochondria in our body.

Understanding the Body and Fish Oil

Our body is composed of 100 trillion cells in every cell membrane. It is composed majorly of healthy fatty acids.

Fish Oil is a combination of EPA and DHA that are essential in maintaining the cell membrane.

Dr. Hugh discusses that if we don't take fish oil, and we have been flocked, damaged, or have chronic digestive issues, our cells aren't flexible and become very crusty and hard. The Omega-3 in the fish oil causes the cells to be fluid and move.

Cell Saturation

Dr. Hugh recommended taking up to 5 tablespoons of fish oil a day to help the cells to be fluid. When the cells are saturated and in a fluid state, toxins are eliminated from our bodies. This oil helps in detoxification because they make the pathways run normally.
