Are carbohydrates the reason for weight gain? By taking out carbohydrates, are you gauranteeing a life of weight loss and eliminating weight gain forever? I'll tell you right now before you even listen to the episode that carbs are NOT the issue, it's the lifestyle within carbohydrates that cause weight gain. It's the abuse of carbs, especially processed carbohydrates, that have casue obesity and being over weight. The manipulation of generations towards nutrition is what will doom us all in the future if we do not fix it today.
