While the image of anger walking around with a meat mallet may not sound very light and flowy, there is actually a HUGE opportunity for flow waiting for you here!
Whenever you're stuck in a loop of crunchy emotions, it's easy to get caught up rehashing the situation that brought on the crunchy and pounding on it over and over again in your mind until you're completely exhausted from it. But rather than lean into the exhaustion (which by the way feels better than being super crunchy), you pick up the meat mallet and look for evidence that supports you needing to rehash that shit some more.
