Do you often wake up in the middle of the night with your mind racing and unable to fall back asleep? In this podcast episode, we discuss a surprising tip to help you sleep better, manage your blood sugar, and support those with Hashimoto's hypothyroidism.

  • Choose chamomile tea and foods high in tryptophan like turkey, salmon, pineapple, nuts and seeds, and eggs.
  • Consider supplements like magnesium or melatonin to help regulate sleep.
  • Herbal supplements like valerian root, passionflower, and L-theanine can also be helpful.
