Can frustration solve your debt problems?" This week, I tackle an issue that many of us face but often feel powerless to change: debt. Through my personal experiences and a recent coaching session with a client, we'll explore the societal belief that debt is inherently negative and challenge you to rethink this mindset. Reflect on how habitual thought processes, like expecting more money to come, can affect your financial decisions and trap you in a cycle of debt. Discover how understanding and addressing these patterns is crucial for making significant financial changes.
I'll share insights from coaching sessions along with my own experience with frustration over my credit card balances. We uncovered that simply disliking the debt wasn't enough to change our actions. Together, my husband and I recognised the need to change habitual behaviors and thought processes around money.
This episode is an invitation to shift your financial mindset, appreciate the continuous flow of money in your life, and create healthier financial habits.
Whether you're dealing with credit card debt or loans, this episode offers valuable guidance for anyone looking to transform their relationship with money.
