In terms of achieving true success there are very few ingredients more essential than preparation. We need be be prepared physically. We need to be prepared mentally. We need to eat and sleep correctly. We need to have our personal lives in order. There are so many areas that need max preparation at times it can seem too much. But it never is. Never stop fighting for what you want in life.
