Self-awareness is an important skillset for leaders.

In this episode, I’ll break down the concept of self-awareness.

Self-awareness is one of the key quadrants of emotional intelligence. Based on the research, we know that leaders and entrepreneurs with higher emotional intelligence are often more successful than their counterparts. In fact, according to the research, those higher in emotional intelligence also earn more. In this episode, we focus on the importance of self-awareness to include:

  • What is self-awareness?
  • Why self-awareness matters?
  • What low self-awareness looks like and how it shows up?
  • How can you improve self-awareness? What are concrete strategies to increase self-awareness?
