What if I told you that those that are the most successful with their weight loss goals are neither more disciplined nor have more self-control than anyone else, rather, they are more strategic about the situations that they put themselves into that actually require discipline and self-control.
Today I’m excited to welcome Menno Henselmans to The Smart Nutrition Made Simple Show. Menno is a scientific researcher, international public speaker, author of The Science of Self Control, and founder of the Henselmans Personal Training Certification Course.
In this episode we discuss:
- How should we be looking at self-control and willpower in the context of dieting and weight loss
- Intrinsic vs extrinsic motivation
