My name is Morgan Rountree and I am a local Realtor with eXp Realty servicing Effingham and Chatham Counties.
I utilize bold, bright colors and ideas to differentiate myself and make people see I am not your typical Realtor. My goal as a Realtor is to change the dynamic of the client experience.
No one should feel tied to a deal 24/7 but they should feel confident that their Realtor is always working in their best interest and is able to answer their questions and ease their concerns before the client even has them.
