She then founded Introverts Can, a resource and coaching service that helps ambitious introverts who are overwhelmed, overstimulated, and just go from drained to energized.

She does this by helping them create new habits that serve their needs and wants as introverts.

The results? More energy, more confidence, and more self-trust.
